How Long to Create my Items?
All Daisy Manor Items are Made to Order. We make your items fresh, with your specifications and just for you.Each item is new and unused fresh from our studio to your home.
Every item you receive from Daisy Manor is Handmade, meaning each petal is hand-cut and hand-sewn into place and then assembled by hand. Packaged with care by hand. This takes time. Creation times do vary due to order influx and Holidays.
We try to get all our orders out in as timely a manor as possible without sacrificing the high quality Daisy Manor is known for.
Standard Creation time for Daisy Manor orders is 5-10 Business Days. Larger orders may take longer please contact us if your order is needed by a specific date as we are happy to work with you. Or leave a note upon purchase with the date you need your order by.
- Please note the creation time does not include the shipping time.
Again please remember our quality product takes time to create correctly. Thank you for your patience with our creation time, these items are more than worth the wait.
What Shipping Charges Can I Expect?
Domestic Shipping Prices, do vary depending on the item, the size and the quantity of items that you order.
Current Wall Canvas Shipping for US Domestic Shipping:

- TWO Standard 12 x 12" Canvases: $15.95
- THREE Standard 12 x 12 Wall Canvas: $15.95
- FOUR Standard 12 x 12" Canvases $17.95
Current Pillow Shipping Rates for US Domestic Shipping:
- ONE Standard 14 x 14" Pillow: $11.95
Curtain Tie Backs Shipping Rates US Domestic Shipping:
- ONE Curtain Tie Back: $9.95
- TWO Curtain Tie Backs: $9.95

All US Domestic Packages (with few exceptions) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Mail.
All International Packages (with few exceptions) are shipped via USPS Mail, Shipping Time varies from country to country please contact us for more specific estimates.
What about Customs, Duties, Tariffs and Taxes?
All customs fees and shipping fees are paid in full prior to the shipment of your order. (US Customs do not allow shipment to be processed without being paid in full prior to shipment.) Any duties or tariffs that you may be required to pay are required by the country in which you reside and these extra charges may occur randomly by your government with or without explanation.
As Daisy Manor is a US based Business we cannot foresee such charges nor are allowed to pay these duties or tariffs. Therefore we are NOT responsible for any of these additional charges.
Unfortunately, by your own country's laws, you as the buyer assume such a tax by purchasing imported items. If you are required to pay anything in addition to received your package you need to contact your local customs, claims or tariffs office for details.
While we understand these duties and tariffs can be frustrating, should you NOT claim your package, your country will hold the items in an unclaimed facility and therefore the items will not be returned to us and we cannot and will not offer any refunds for unclaimed items.
We sincerely apologize for any such inconvenience that unexpected and unforeseen duties, tariffs and taxes may cause. Every time a customer is unexpectedly taxed, trust us, we get just as frustrated as you do in these matters.
When will my Order Arrive?
Estimated Delivery Dates are calculated once your order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Standard creation times is 5-10 business days, please refer to "How long to create my order" section above for more details.
As most Domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail. You can expect to receive your order 2-3 Business Days after shipment. Tracking will be sent upon cleared shipment so you can have the most accurate tracking directly from USPS.
International Shipping Timelines are dependent on the country please contact us for more specific timelines.
Please take into consideration such events as weather, disasters and Holiday Seasons such events may impact the timeliness of your order.
If your order is time sensitive please leave a note on your order upon checkout or contact us upon purchase so we can be sure to get your order created and shipped on time.
Because we use USPS Priority Mail, all orders are automatically insured by the United States Postal Service Domestically.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please take pictures for any and all claims reasons. If your items have been stolen or damaged. Please report it to your local post office with as much evidence as possible. (Pictures and the shipping box would be ideal.) If you need any help with such claims please feel free to contact us.
